Highly recommended, efficient and dedicated - including a decent free of charge assessment visit. A few days later they arrived in a 4WD on the snowiest day of the year, and completed the boiler swap out as planned. Keep a note of their number, like I had for years previously, it might come in handy one day when you need help fast.

Neil and his team installed my new boiler on the recommendation of a friend. Installation went smoothly, with the minimum of disruption to our daily lives and at a very reasonable cost. But that is only part of the story: the after installation service is just as good. Last week, 12 months after installation, the boiler developed a leak. I called Neil and within 45 minutes, a plumber was on site to deal with the problem and stayed until a Bosch engineer had fitted a replacement part. I highly recommend NCC.

We had our boiler replaced last year. It was a difficult job as the new boiler had to be placed in a different part of the kitchen which entailed complicated pipe work connections. The work was carried out to a high standard - we have just had the first annual service and everything is OK. We would recommend NCC to anyone, particularly if the job is tricky!

My boiler became terminally ill in late October ? the worst and most expensive month to call a heating engineer and my usual service engineer was on a job in Norfolk for 2 weeks! I spent most of Sunday speaking to answer phones and the occasional plumber, getting a feel for my situation. The prognosis was not good.Neil came round to see me the following day, just a few hours after another plumber had visited. Whilst the first plumber seemed OK, Neil immediately gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a straight-talking, honest, committed company. He pointed me too this guestbook and I was soon arranging for NCC to replace my boiler, which they also supplied. The NCC team did not disappoint, living up to both Neil?s promises and the referrals in this guestbook. They arrived on time and completed the job beyond my expectation, where Neil will probably tell you that I?m not the easiest guy to please. The team also completed a number of small but appreciated value added jobs such as tidying up my pipe work and adding a better valve, all of which added time and cost for NCC but they did it (without asking for extra money), because they actually care about their work ? it was just ?the right thing to do?! I can’t believe many plumbers would offer this type of service.Boiler fully commissioned, user trained and house cleaned, they’d completed the job in a day (where some plumbers were quoting 2 days), leaving me certain that I must make my own contribution to the NCC guestbook. What can I say, excellent service, no fuss, helpful, free value-added services, all at a price for both services and boiler supply as good as I could get anywhere, with no hidden extras finding their way on to the job sheet as the job progressed. Great job NCC. Thanks Neil.

We were the first customers of Neil's to have solar panels fitted in the West Wickham area. He gave a competitive quote and arrived without fuss on the day agreed. Neil and his two assistants Neil and Mark spent the week doing a fine and neat job, both on the roof and in the loft, fitting the pump station and solar panels and electrics. I would recommend having solar panels fitted, as we have not had the boiler on since NCC left us nearly 2 weeks ago. Feedback is a long time coming but had new boiler fitted in 2007. Went for the greenstar range and Neil actually suggested a smaller (& cheaper) boiler than the one we thought we needed. Quick week-end job. Works an absolute treat. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Your Comments Having seen Neil's web site on Good Tradesman's Directory gave Neil a call and explained our problem with the upstairs radiators. He was so helpful that he actually talked me through a solution and fixed the problem with out a visit. He fixed a problem 2 other plumbers couldn't fathom. Neil was able to come round the same evening I telephoned which was very impressive. He managed to fix our boiler problem in 5 minutes and there was no "Your boiler is too old and I can't fix it" which is what other engineers have said. It's also very rare for a tradesperson to turn up on time and to be so pleasant and helpful - I'll definitely use NCC again.

Thank you all so much! I called after my boiler had been condemned - needing work to be done quickly and to a high standard. We received the recommendation from Worcester Bosch and were glad not to have been disappointed! Neil came the same day to give the quote (a Saturday) and then fitted the boiler in half a day on the Monday with David. A job well done and competitively priced.

Incredibly good. I called Neil after finding NCC on the web and reading the comments people have made. I needed work done quickly and had been let down by several other companies recommended by friends. Neil, David and (yet another) Neil have since installed a complete new heating system - boiler, megaflow and radiators and two new bathrooms. They have been as good or better than everyone here says. If you need plumbing work done then use them - every time.

Neil and the boys installed our new megaflow system in a very efficient and professional manner. All the work was done and completed in the quoted time and Neil was immediately on hand to deal with problems caused by my builder fiddling with the system. I mistakenly called Neil to complain about the huge bill I'd received. He told me it wasn't his plumber - I had the wrong company -but he went ahead and advised me that I was definitely being overcharged. Neil suggested I shouldn't pay without a fully itemised bill. I don't normally bother with these after service comment type things but i would really like to in this case, as i know how hard it is to find a reliable tradesman in London that doesn't try and rip you off. My boiler packed in and I was in a hole, freezing, no hot water, horrible. I rang a few companies who were all willing to take advantage of my situation and take my money, but then i rang NCC. Neil was great, realised it was an emergency and squeezed it in same day, assisted by Dave (bad singing voice, by the way!). They have done a great job, given me lots of great advice and were still cheaper than some of the bandits out there. Well done guys!

The removal of one old boiler from the kitchen and the installation of a new Worcester Bosch in the loft - not a problem for Neil and his colleagues (well not too much of one).The job was professionally done, time-keeping was excellent and disruption kept to a minimum. One piece of advice for any prospective customers - you will need a good supply of chocolate biscuits for breaktime.

We were very pleased with the professionalism from Neil and the gang. So much better than British Gas who told us that we couldn't have a combi-boiler due to low water pressure. Neil instantly worked out what British Gas failed to; that our water pressure was being halved due to our stop-cock being only half open. This made a combi-boiler possible and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would recommend NCC to anyone and would warn against British Gas who are overpriced, tried to sell us parts we didn't need, and provide no more piece of mind.

Finding someone reliable in an area you are new to is a difficult job so we were pleased to find a company as professional and trustworthy as this.
