We were the first customers of Neil&;#39;s to have solar panels fitted in the West Wickham area. He gave a competitive quote and arrived without fuss on the day agreed. Neil and his two assistants Neil and Mark spent the week doing a fine and neat job, both on the roof and in the loft, fitting the pump station and solar panels and electrics. I would recommend having solar panels fitted, as we have not had the boiler on since NCC left us nearly 2 weeks ago. Neil installed our first boiler over 12 years ago when our old boiler packed in, the house was freezing and I had a 6 month baby in the house. He has looked after us ever since. Always reliable, professional and ready to help. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and NCC. I wouldn't trust anyone else near our heating!

Always had a problem with plumbers so I was very pleased when I found Neil. He turned up within half an hour, gave good advice, completed the job quickly and efficiently. It was scorching hot weather when he fitted the tank and sorted the pipework but that did not stop him from working ceaselessly.

Neil was recommended to us through an electrician who came to look at our faulty water tank. It turned out that we needed a new water tank which Neil quoted for, supplied and fitted. I got a couple of other quotes for peace of mind. Searched for a solar panel specialist on Which for my elderly parents following extremely poor service from the original installers. Their solar panels were still under warranty, but the original company failed on numerous occasions to get the panels working & contacting them regarding the warranty became virtually impossible. After reading NCC South East reviews I passed their number on to my parent. Neal from NCC arrived at their home 2 hours after their initial call. He advised them to chase the company as they should complete the repair under the warranty. If he completed the work for them then he would have to charge them. My parents decided they wanted to go with NCC. Neal kept in contact with them, advised them of cost and asked if they were happy to go ahead with the work. We were recommended NCC by a builder friend of ours and thank goodness we were. We had to have major work done including replacing a not so old domestic boiler with a commercial boiler, new pipework, cleaning up the Central heating and underfloor heating system and more (all things which were incorrectly put in 6 years ago) Neil is a very experienced and knowledgeable person and he and his team went about completing the work in a professional manner. We now have a nice warm house with everything working efficiently. I found Neil and NCC to be an excellent choice for the installation of my new boiler and Magaflo system, carrying out all of the work as asked in a professional and efficient manner. Neil is clearly a man who is passionate about his work and prides himself on the quality of his workmanship. Neil was doing some installation work for a neighbour of mine 3 years ago and I asked him to recommend and quote for a new boiler. Neil and his team at NCC did a fantastic job fitting our new bo iler and tackled a complicated job with the minimum of fuss and mess. But Neil's pr ofessional approach did not stop at that, and the few times we have had any queries or concer ns he has offered an immediate response with an objective diagnosis and a service over and above what can usually be expected. Neil has done various jobs for us including installing a mega flow and servicing our boiler. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. His work is to a very high standard. A part that he ordered for us wasn't to his expected standard so he sent it back until he was satisfied that it was correct. He explains things clearly so you understand and is very honest. Very personable and would highly recommend and would use him again.

I got quite a few quotes for r eplacing my central heating boiler and Neils was the most compe titive and also the most pr ofessional. The work was done as arranged, the house was left t idy and I am very pleased with my new boiler. I would definitely r ecommend NCC.

Neil attended to fix a new valve on the hot water tank, repair the toilet and change a tap. He arrived on time and knew what he was doing. His price was more than we expected, but he did an excellent job.

Neil and his team installed my new boiler on the r ecommendation of a friend. Installation went smoothly , with the minimum of disruption to our daily lives and at a very reasonable cost. But that is only part of the story: the after installation service is just as good. Last week, 12 months after installation, the boiler developed a leak. I called Neil and within 45 minutes, a plumbe r was on site to deal with the pr oblem and stayed until a Bosch engineer had fitted a r eplacement part. I highly r ecommend NCC.

We had our boiler replaced last year. It was a difficult job as the new boiler had to be placed in a different part of the kitchen which entailed complicated pipe work connec tions. The work was carried out to a high standard - we have just had the first annual service and everything is OK. We would recommend NCC to anyone, particularly if the job is tricky!

Earlier in the year we were given the diagnosis that a water pipe had burst under our ground floor, necessitating the lifting of the entire ground floor area. It gave us the opportunity to get rid of the radiators and put in underfloor heating using a water pipe system. This choice was sensible because our house has very high ceilings on the ground floor and radiators never gave us effective heating. Because this was a large job, we checked out Which Trusted Traders and interviewed numerous firms before deciding on NCC South East Ltd, owned by Neil Cornes.

His no-nonsense approach and clear explanations gave us confidence. Neil quoted a competitive price but also clearly explained the procedure, quality of materials used and why, how it would work & the time frame needed. He was always on time, kept us informed at every stage of the job Neil worked closely with our tiling contractor to ensure the existing floor was removed to the correct level for the water pipes removal of the tiles and our kitchen, dug down to the level recommended and provided advice as required. The pipes and system went in, the tiles and wood flooring were laid and the system switched on.....bliss.

I recommend NCS South East without reservation. When my solar energy installation failed, I contacted NCS South East Ltd seeking their advice. Neil Cornes responded on the same day and within hours I had received objective advice and options for returning the system to working order. I was impressed and decided to commission NCS to carry out the repair work. This was completed efficiently and to budget and I now have a fully working system. Neil and his colleagues are ethical and courteous.

We submitted an online query about a new boiler on Sunday afternoon. Neil called us within hours and visited on Monday. Neil explained how the boiler didn't need replacing but instead found a fault near our Gas meter that British Gas missed.
